Where are you located?

Luna Petite Shop is located in Miami, Fl. We are an online boutique. If you need to get in contact with us fill out a form under the contact us tab with your question or just send us an email at emma@lunapetiteshop.com. We will try to get back to you as soon as possible. We check our email daily, and at all hours of the day.

 

When will my order ship?

Items are shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is complete. Larger orders may take up to 7 business days. Dress orders may take up 2-3 weeks for delivery if not in stock. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. We also will provide you with details and a confirmation number. All orders will be shipped to the address provided on PayPal. If you need your order shipped to another location make sure to verify your new location on PayPal or just send us an email letting us know where you want your order shipped.We offer first class shipping which takes 3 -6 business days to arrive after we process your order. We also offer priority shipping which takes 2 -3 business days to arrive after we process your order. Please keep the arrival times in mind when placing your order. If you need to expedite your order please contact us to ensure we can process the order in time.  

 

What size bows do you offer?


We offer 2 inches to 6  inches. We recommend 2 inch bows for infants, 3 inch bows for toddlers and 4 inch bows for girls(as it relates to basic hair bows).
 

 

Do you have any promotions or sales?

If you sign up for our newsletter, you will receive information on all upcoming promotions and new items listed as they come in. You can also LIKE our page on Facebook for new items posted daily. You could also follow us on Twitter and Instagram to keep up with Luna Petite Shop.

 

How do I pay for my order?

At this time all payments are going to be processed through PayPal. PayPal is a trusted, secure credit card processor that accepts all major credit cards, bank cards, and direct debit payments. All payments may be made through PayPal, even if you don't have an account with them. You will be directed to a separate page where you can make your payment using a credit card without having a PayPal account.

 

Do I need a PayPal account to checkout?

Absolutely not! PayPal gives you an opportunity to pay with a PayPal account if you have one with them. For those who don't, are still able to checkout by choosing the other form of payment. The choices available to check out with are: Debit/Credit Card, Prepaid Gift Card, or PayPal Credit (formally known as Bill Me Later).

 

Do you ship internationally?

At this time Luna Petite Shop is not shipping internationally. We are in the process of rebranding our online shop. We expect to do business with international customers in the near future, but for right now all orders are only being taken domestically.

 

Can I return my order?

Like it says on our store policies page: “We want you to have a fabulous shopping experience at Luna Petite Shop and would love for you to keep coming back. All of our products are backed with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason, you are unhappy with a product, please contact us within 10 days of the products arrival day. We will offer a full refund (minus the shipping) or exchange for a new product of equal value. The product has to be unused or unworn and in the same condition as it was when you received it. Luna Petite Shop will issue a refund, but will not pay for the return shipping. That is left up to the customer." We do NOT accept returns on custom orders.

 

How long do custom orders take?

Custom orders can take up to 7 days to complete for hair bows and any other hair accessories  unless we have made specific arrangements. For all other custom orders such as dresses and tutus it can take up 2-3 weeks to complete and to ship out.

 

When will you start on my custom order?

Custom orders are started once payment is received.

 

What if I need an order before a specific date?

It is the customer’s responsibility to let us know any specific messages. At checkout you can provide us with a note specifying the date you need the order for. You can also fill out our custom order form and provide us with any additional information.

 

How are items shipped?

Items are shipped in concealed boxes. They are carefully wrapped to prevent any damages and to get to you in one piece.
